Having faith and trust in your younger employees, especially when they represent cultural norms that are foreign to you, is extremely hard to do.

Thanks Nina. You know I wrote this like at 7 am in the morning and someone sent me the link later that day. It is a great balance there, with the CEO participating, letting others lead and still going out to beat the bushes for money. Nice to see a guy doing his job!
